Cody and Jordy's Animal Art Fundraiser

Cody (11) and Jordy (9) drew this collection of artwork as they evacuated the Bushfires on Kangaroo Island. They are both animal lovers and want to raise money for the animal emergency rescue group SAVEM.

Bushfire Relief for the Animals

The sale of these items will be donated to South Australian Veterinary Emergency Management (SAVEM.org.au).

From SAVEM's website: "Our Mission is to assess, triage, treat, shelter, reunite with owners or rehabilitate and return to habitat all species of animals post event."

This bushfire season (2019/2020), animals have faced unprecedented destruction of their habitats, food supplies, and entire ecosystems lost. The recovery period will see many more animals needing help.

Thank you for supporting Cody and Jordy's art project, and for such a great cause.

About Us

Cody & Jordy

- Artists -

Cody and Jordy's love for animals started from an early age with pets at home - dogs, birds, and fish. Cody has a bearded dragon lizard called Toothless and Jordy has a turtle called Squirtle. The boys have had holidays on Kangaroo Island for 9 years, and Cody was 2 years old when he first pet an echidna. Each year they go to Raptor Domain and love to interact with the birds and reptiles. Parndarna Wildlife Park has given them many special experiences with animals too.

During evacuating Kangaroo Island recently (Jan, 2020), the boys were concerned for the animals and decided to draw this collection in a bid to raise money and awareness of their plight.
